On-Line and E-Bay Purchase Policies and Procedures

Things to keep in mind when shopping online with us:

We describe our items very carefully and provide plenty of pictures.
Please ask us any questions you may have prior to purchasing.
All sales are final & in as-is condition unless we grossly misrepresent the item.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it very carefully and let us know with in 24 hours of arrival if there are any problems or concerns. We will work with you to resolve these problems.
We humbly ask you to give us an opportunity to resolve your concerns. We love helping our customers!

Please be advised that in MOST cases we have to ship using Express mail, to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your items.

We only accept PAYPAL PAYMENTS. PayPal offers great Buyer and Seller protection coverage, you are always protected when paying with PayPal.
Your item will be shipped via USPS Mail, UPS or Fed Ex (depending on the item and destination) Delivery Confirmation Number/Tracking is always included. Insurance is included for an additional fee. ( Lately we have seen an increase in damaged packages from UPS and USPS.)
We ship within TWO business days after receipt of the CLEARED PAYPAL PAYMENT.
S&H – Please be advised that WE DO NOT make money on shipping. Our shipping and handling charges include the cost of shipping, tracking, packing materials, Insurance and a nominal fee for packing and shipping your order (we are a business with employees)
We ship two times a week, Typically Tuesday & Thursday. If you need something sooner, please contact us to see if we can expedite your items. Additional fees may apply.
We offer a free pick- up service for our customers located in the San Francisco Bay area. Our pick-ups are made by appointment only.
California Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added to ALL purchases, that ship to California Addresses. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is the LAW. This also includes any pick-ups made in our stores.
